What it does

Map. Record. Follow.

MAP

Every wound, exactly where it is

Place wounds, devices and stomas on a 3D body, front and back, down to single fingers and toes. Mark a wound as a point or draw its shape.

RECORD

Every visit, in one place

Size, photos, tissue, exudate, pain and classification at each visit, with recognised scales such as NPIAP pressure injury stages and ISTAP skin tear types.

FOLLOW

See what needs attention first

Healing trends, reviews due and alerts across the whole caseload, so the wounds that are getting worse stand out.

Your records stay safe

On your computer, encrypted, backed up.

Installed on Windows, Cordex-Atlas keeps records on your computer, encrypted, not in a web browser where they can be cleared by accident.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is Cordex-Atlas free?+
Yes, for one user and one real patient (an example patient is included as well). The Free plan works in the browser or installed on Windows, with daily backups, but no support. For more patients or users, see Pricing.
Where are my records kept?+
Installed on Windows, records are kept on your computer, encrypted, not in a web browser where they can be cleared by accident. A practice server stores shared records on the practice computer or SQL Server. With Dynamics 365, records are stored in your own Dataverse environment.
How do backups work?+
Backups are set up the first time you open Cordex-Atlas. They run every day, keep the number of copies you choose, and are checked after every run.
Can I try it without installing anything?+
Yes. Try it in your browser at atlas.cordexapps.com. For day-to-day use, install it on Windows so records are kept safely on your computer.
Can my whole team use it?+
Yes. The Practice plan uses the same installer set up as a practice server, with shared records and sign-in accounts for the team. Larger organisations use separate server and desktop installers.
Can IT deploy it silently?+
Yes. The Enterprise plan has separate server and client installers that deploy silently through Intune, Configuration Manager or Group Policy, with Entra ID sign-in.
Does it work with Dynamics 365?+
Yes. The Cordex-Atlas solution adds the body map to your existing patient or contact records in Dynamics 365, with a setup page, and stores records in Dataverse. Dynamics 365 licences are paid separately to Microsoft.
Which classifications and standards does it use?+
Recognised scales such as NPIAP pressure injury stages and ISTAP skin tear types. Body sites carry SNOMED CT codes, and records exchange with other systems as HL7 FHIR R4.
Do all plans include every clinical feature?+
Yes. All plans include every clinical feature. Plans differ only in users, patients, deployment and support.
How do I get support?+
Solo includes email support and Practice includes priority support. Enterprise support is agreed in your contract. Use the contact form or email cordex-atlas@myitandapps.com.au.
